Well this is all self-care takes. Have you ever thought about defining what self-care means to you? Is it something physical or mental? Do you need others for self-care? Does it involve going somewhere? Do you expect self-care to be expensive?

Well, what do you say? We say you take these few questions and answer them every day for 10 days in a row. How many different answers do you think you will get? 18, 25, 40?? We don’t know.


But what we know for sure is every day is different. And everyday your answers will vary slightly. So why not, every now and then, ask yourself. What could I be doing for my self-care moment today? What do I need to feel good today? What would make me happy today?


In order to change up some routines try out something new. Something different for your well-being. You never know to which level of happiness it might take you.
